Durng these challenging times it si very important to keep positive, move the body mind and spirit to maintain health and balance. Qi Gong, Tai Chi (Taiji) and meditation has been proven to have many health benefits.

As a personal trainer, private one on one classes outdoors are available as well as online one to one classes and online group sessions. There are also some free sessions available for those who wish to have a quick top-up and try what we do.
