Learn basic stretches and gentle flowing movements through the theory and practice of Tai Ji*; an ancient art that has been attributed to provide many health benefits.
At our friendly class in the dance studio of BRICTT you can learn easy-to-do daily exercises that may help you:

As the weeks continue the class will progress to develop the art of the movements, their potential health benefits and why we practice them from a martial arts point of view.
